The Harvest & Roast Experience
This comprehensive tour takes you through the full journey of coffee, from the red cherry on the branch to the steaming cup in your hand. You'll learn the techniques of picking, drying, hulling, and the traditional art of roasting over an open fire.

The Vanilla Curing Workshop
Vanilla is the most labor-intensive spice in the world. This workshop demystifies the delicate, months-long process of curing the vanilla bean. You'll participate in 'sweating,' drying, and conditioning, and learn to make your own vanilla extract.
What You Will Do
- Understand the 6-month curing process of the bean.
- Practice the traditional hand-pollination technique.
- Make and bottle your own vanilla extract to take home.
- Guided tasting of different grades of vanilla.
The Professional Coffee Cupping Class
For the true coffee enthusiast, this class teaches the SCAA (Specialty Coffee Association of America) protocol for tasting and evaluating coffee. Sharpen your palate to detect aroma, acidity, body, and flavor defects in different local roasts.
